SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We will exceed your expectations by assisting you through the first 12 months from the hand over date. We are sure that there will be no problems with our workmanship but if you have any concerns during the first 12 months we will rectify any workmanship problems. We will also assist you with the manufacturer's guarantee, which can extend to 3 years but varies with the manufacturer.

This scheduled maintenance programme for heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality and refrigeration not only provides you with Total Comfort Protection on selected equipment, it also gives you "Preferred Customer" status, "Priority Service" and "Member Discounts".

As a preferred customer, you will receive "Member" only incentives, programmes and specials not available to non-member customers.
PRIORITY SERVICE
When you need service, you will move to the "Front of the Line" ahead of non-member customers calling for a similar service.

You will receive special discounts from our Menu Price Guide if you have any needed repairs.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
With the Aire Serv UK Silver, Gold or Platinum Plan, you will receive scheduled maintenance on selected heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment and systems. These Total Comfort Protection, visits are performed on a schedule mutually beneficial to you and to your local Aire Serv Company.
REPAIR COVERAGE
You will receive repair coverage on selected heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment. This coverage requires scheduled maintenance which is included in this plan and excludes compressors, heat exchangers or refrigerant leaks. Repair coverage is available on the plan start date. Correction of any items found to be defective while performing the pre-check must be corrected prior to the plan coverage becoming effective.
DIRECT DEBIT
Direct Debit of a Credit Card or Bank Account is available on the Comfort Protection Plan. We will assist you in every way, to ensure that everything is done to you convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be given the option to cancel from your initial plan at any time. You may also cancel by calling 0800 917 9917.
INVESTMENT PROTECTION
If you are on a monthly payment option, your monthly investment amount is guaranteed not to increase for the first 12 months. After this the amounts are subject to change. You may cancel the policy at any time.
