A Qualified Supervisor is a technically competent person with specific responsibility on a day-to-day basis for the safety, technical standards and quality of installation work under their supervision. They will have at least two consecutive years' supervisory or managerial responsibility for the standard of installation work and satisfy, the technical training and / or experience requirements laid down by the HVCA.
